We're seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our vibrant Indian kitchen. You'll be responsible for creating delicious and authentic North Indian curries, appetizers, and more, while ensuring the smooth operation of our entire culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and curate a captivating menu showcasing North Indian cuisine, including innovation on classic dishes.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, maintaining the highest standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring efficient ordering and minimizing waste.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations

Pay: $48,084.00 - $51,322.00 per year
