Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is able to work under guided supervision to complete time-sensitive tasks. You must have outstanding customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication, be able to apply analysis, new/customized approaches, and complex problem solving skills.
Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for bench assembly operations to produce mechanical assemblies. He or she will assemble parts using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to the required specifications, processes, and procedures in an area of production in a cleanroom environment.
Considering first shift (6 am - 2 pm) and second shift (2 pm - 10 pm) applicants.

Essential Functions
- Prepare components for assembly.
- Identify necessary equipment to perform assigned operations.
- Assemble components into mechanical assemblies per specification by following work instructions.
- Test mechanical assemblies per specification by following work instructions.
- Package mechanical assemblies for shipment following work instructions.
- Operate m easurement equipment, as necessary.
- Maintain proper project documentation.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be motivated a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision to complete time sensitive tasks
- AA/AS or 1 years of experience in mechanical assembly work.
- A strong mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are essential for this position.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, etc).
- Maturity and safe work habits in an industrial environment required
- Ability to engage in independent decision-making and problem-solving skills, combined with an ability to clearly and assertively ask questions, request developmental feedback, training, support, and resources as necessary to perform all functions effectively.
- Ability to independently advance skills as required to meet shifting job requirements in a dynamic and growing organizational environment.
- Ability to develop, learn, implement, and follow organizational policies with respect to the prevention of illness and injury—of and to all organizational staff, customers, associates, and others.
