Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
- Enter time (billable hours) for the office into company financial software
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Arrange audio and video conferences
- Process expense reports, check requests, scanning, etc.
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and e-mail
- Assist with travel and preparing travel itineraries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as legal office support
- Bachelor's Degree not required but preferred
- Experience with MS Office and ability to work with legal technology
- Proficient in data management software or Juris software, a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management ability
- Ability to work in a professional services environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
