You will be responsible for:
- Organization of a call center for processing leads and registering drivers;
- Information calls and training calls to drivers;
- Preparation / adaptation of scripts and training materials;
- Hiring and organising driver registration agents;
- Calculating salaries;
- Analytical work;
- Preparation of reports;
Minimum Requirements:
- Domestic travel is required;
- Experience in driver acquisition in ride-hailing services is highly recommended;
- Experience in managing a team of 10 employees;
- Ability and willingness to work in the field';
- Knowledge of driver recruitment channels;
- Communication skills.
