Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):
- Five (5) years of experience managing complex projects involving naval ships and
combat systems - Experience in naval shipbuilding and overhaul in public or private shipyard environment

Experience in managing a large and diverse group of individuals ranging from professionals
to industrial workers - Experience managing schedules for large, complex projects
- Strong program/project management skill sets
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Desired Skill Requirements:
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Physical Science, Business or Financial Management
Job Duties:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, manage and perform ship maintenance, systems integration and modernization efforts
- Plan, measure and report cost, schedule and performance status
- Support various aspects of engineering design including human factors studies, engineering market research, engineering studies and assessments, prototyping, and systems integration
- Assist in defining workflows and processes, implementation and training, knowledge sharing, and process
- Support analyses of operational and functional processes in order to discern the advantages and disadvantages of current design for Hull, Mechanical, and Engineering (HM&E) and other equipment
