What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Industrial Imaging Products, LLC?
Industrial Imaging is a leading B2B distributor specializing in barcode printers, scanners, and related technologies. We sell nationally and have been in business since 2014. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid in their success using our suite of imaging products. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in target vertical markets and industries
- Foster relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive business growth
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Utilize market insights to adjust and refine sales strategies for optimal results
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience
- Industrial printer, AIDC, WMS, Warehousing/Supply Chain experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
