Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.The Data Entry Clerk will enter, update, research, verify and retrieve data into/from various systems; and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Organize and track all source material, ensure it is organized, kept up to date, and properly labeled
Help problem-solve and track design issues
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
Create spreadsheets to track important information and orders
Update various data including employee information and data
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
Scan and upload documents
Accurately record
Comfortable filling out and correcting I9
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
