Job Summary
Seeking Full Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Infamous Graphics is an ever-expanding sign and graphics shop in the Capital District. With custom apparel services as well as production and installation of vinyl graphics and wraps and small-to-large scale signage all done in-house, we are the one-stop-shop for many businesses. This offers the unique opportunity to work in an interesting, creative company and learn a number of useful skills.
We are currently seeking a new employee to work in reception and perform other administrative duties as requested. The position would be a full time position from 9 AM to 5 PM with a competitive pay rate based upon experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a clear, concise manner
-Sending out estimates and invoices and processing payments.
-Keeping a daily log of financial transactions
-Maintaining and updating the schedule and daily tasks
-Communicating with other employees and customers on project needs and any delays or changes to orders.
-Placing material orders and maintaining stock on regularly used supplies.
This position does not have any requirements but any experience in the sign/graphics industry, design, reception or administrative duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information
Qualifications
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems effectively
- Prior experience in customer support or client services is preferred
- Proficiency in office software for data entry tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.34 - $20.00 per hour
