Summary:
This is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and 160-bed Nursing Home facility that also offers Adult Day Health Care, Hospice and Home Health Care services for residents. The facility also operates five off-site health centers. The centers are staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants employed by the hospital. These sites, located in Beaver Falls, Copenhagen, Harrisville and Lyons Falls, help to bring the skills of the staff and the modern technology of the facility directly to the local communities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a year of experience in as an LPN in long term care.
- Must have an active LPN license in NY.
- Must have a BLS certification from AHA.
- Fully covid vaxxed
