Description
Apartment complex groundskeeping to include:
Mowing and trimming of grass, picking up trash, picking up pet waste, and refilling pet station supplies, raking landscaped areas to redistribute fill contents, sweeping around dumpsters, stairways and under breezeways, empty and change trash receptacles throughout the property, cleaning of exterior surfaces.
Assisting with maintenance duties to include:
changing furnace filters in each unit, power washing exterior structures, maintaining playground and clubhouse, light landscaping, exterior staining, etc.
Requirements
The Groundskeeper must maintain a professional and courteous approach with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. Additionally, the Groundskeeper must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly stand, climb, walk, hear/listen, talk
- Frequently lift up to 50-100 pounds, pull/push, carry, grasp, reach
- Occasionally sit, crawl, stoop, kneel
- Clearly see 20 feet, with or without corrective lenses, ability to focus
