What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Sanitation Aide position at Infinity SkyBar and Cafe?
The Infinity Skybar and Cafe is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our food and beverage team. We are seeking a Sanitation Aide to help create and deliver a quality customer experience at our property.
The Sanitation Aide of the Infinity Skybar and Cafe will have the following responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware.
- Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.
