Customer Service - Call Center
$14 / Hour
Full Time Schedule: 9:30AM to 6:00PM (M-F)
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound customer service calls for our clients
- Place outbound calls to accomplish needed communication with clients
- Answer questions for current customers and initiate service requests as needed
- Navigate computer systems in order to log notes and process requests
- Maintain a high level of efficiency in a fast paced environment

Ideal Qualifications:
- 6 months of call center experience preferred
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
- Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
