What you'll be doing (after training) :
- Source Top Talent : Proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates for a variety of roles within our organization, with a focus on technology, cyber security, and software engineering positions.
- Screen and Assess : Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with INflow Federal's mission and values.
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with high-quality candidate options.
- Utilize Digital Tools : Leverage social media, job boards, and other digital platforms to source and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Close Deals : Negotiate offers and close candidates on opportunities that align with their career goals and our organizational needs.
What you need :
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build trust.
