We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Technology, to join our Marketing Operations team, reporting to the director of Marketing Operations. In this remote role based in the U.S. or Canada, you will lead a team of analysts and specialists who execute day-to-day tasks in Infoblox’s suite of marketing technologies. You will partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and the IT team to support marketing automation and operations teams. As a strategic player and coach, you will work on initiatives to help build out the foundation of marketing data strategy, lead strategy, and marketing tech stack functions.

What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of analysts and specialists who execute day-to-day tasks in Infoblox’s suite of marketing technologies, such as adding/removing users, modifying permissions, troubleshooting access issues, system updates, and ensuring proper dataflow between systems with data health checks
- Manage day-to-day operations of lead management technology, including hands-on build work, troubleshooting, and responding to issue tickets
- Manage tech implementation projects and run the project and solution to meet business goals and objectives
- Configure systems integrations via API, webhook, or third-party application
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration errors and sync issues and other martech problems, escalating when necessary
- Provide best practice guidance and support to campaign ops teams managers and specialists regarding systems utilization
- Build and maintain Marketo operational programs to help maintain legal compliance, data quality, marketing excellence, and operational readiness
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT to drive operational changes and improve the Marketing to Sales handoff process
- Use Marketo, SFDC, and other systems to pull lists and reports for MOPS and Marketing projects
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing actions
What you’ll bring:
- 5 years of marketing technology or marketing operations experience
- At least one year of experience leading a team of marketing specialists or analysts
- Proficiency in marketing automation and integration tools with knowledge of attribution modeling, data analysis, and marketing processes, and familiarity with monitoring tools and problem-solving methodologies
- Solid technical skills in marketing automation and CRM systems and expertise with platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, and Monday.com, Marketo certification a plus
- Applications and programming knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and all MS Office products
- Proficiency with enrichment tools such as Zoom Info and 6sense
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including translating data into easy-to-understand reports
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, engineering, or related field
What success looks like:
After six months, you will…
- Develop and govern best practices related to our marketing processes and tools, enabling the Marketing organization to leverage our tech stack efficiently
- Produce documentation for a variety of audiences pertaining to marketing technology platforms and processes
After about a year, you will…
- Develop and maintain our contact and data hygiene strategy across the Marketing technology stack
- Partner with Marketing Ops leadership own the Marketing technology roadmap
- Determine the process improvements and technology needed to set the business up for scalable growth
