Duration: 12 Months (With Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $20.40/hr on W2 Without Benefits

Shift : Fri-Sun, 5:00AM-5:30PM / 36 hrs a week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job description reflects assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

• Work on the assembly line performing Entry level operations (material handling, packaging)

• Load and unload semi-automated equipment

• In training for bead and weld inspection or the diluent cup set up process

• Follow cGMP, GDP, and safety requirements

• Participate in and follow continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Tier boards, Kaizen, Gemba)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Experience in a fast pace environment or in a Medical device company is helpful

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of functions

• Ability to frequently lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain Drug-free.

• Ability to work effectively without supervision and without instruction on routine work.

• Commitment to follow established policies, practices, procedures.

• Must be Bead and Weld Inspection Certified and maintain certification

• Availability to work any shift assigned and flexibility to periodically shift schedule start time

• Read, write and communicate clearly in English to carefully and consistently follow procedures

• Computer skills a plus

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent must be able to access all areas of the facility. Will lift 10 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift 50 lbs, and utilize certain Personal Protective Equipment including, but not limited to, hard hats, safety shoes, eye protection, gloves, and/or protective clothing.

Salary: $20.40 per hour
