Job Description :
- Local candidates to Indianapolis only will be considered..
- Experience with large-scale enterprise digital transformation / modernization efforts Required 10 Years
- Senior level experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Required 10Years
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts Required 10 Years
- Experience leading training development and execution of large-scale process changes and software solution integrations with multiple business units Required 10 Years
- Good understanding of large organization issues, structure, and business acumen Required 10 Years
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of software development lifecycles Required 10 Years
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Required
- Understand how to collect relevant data, to synthesize and summarize data, and to perform root cause analysis Required
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Required
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Required
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Required
- Excellent active listening skills Required
- Flexibility and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Required
- Ability to influence other and move toward a common vision or goal Required
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationship Required
