What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Center Coordinator position at Infomatics?
- Issues Inventory for IT Technicians and manages and maintains stockroom inventory
- Receives incoming shipments for tickets and processes accordingly
- Places and processes custom orders for various group within the enterprise
- Monitors team inbox and responds accordingly
- May assist with training documentation, training of new employees and assisting with onboarding for new hires within our area
- Completes returns, as needed for end users, and works with vendors on any issues that arise
- Assist with general questions from end users and IT technicians
- Run reports out of various systems as needed
- Primary focus for this role will be managing inventory, issuing inventory, and checking in inventory, but will be needed to fill in or serve as backup for placing special orders. This job is fluid and may change overtime to suit the business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
