Research has demonstrated that these socialization techniques lead to positive outcomes for new employees such as higher job satisfaction, better job performance, greater organizational commitment, and reduction in occupational stress and intent to quit.. These outcomes are particularly important to an organization looking to retain a competitive advantage in an increasingly mobile and globalized workforce. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves job advertisements and maintains relationships with schools, agencies, and participates in career fairs. Evaluates resumes/applications and participates in interview panels. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves employment offers and participates in the onboarding of new hires. May be responsible for reporting key metrics and evaluating results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Recruiting Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Recruiting Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
