Role: Senior Scrum Master (Hybrid Work)

Location: Draper, UT

Contract to Hire

Need 10-15 years experience professionals with at least 7 years only on Scrum

Must have Lean, Kanban skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • 4 years applying Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in Lean-Agile organizations.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of test automation, continuous integration, and delivery.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Rally, VersionOne, Jira.

Desirable:

  • Influence positive change in Lean/Agile adoption.
  • Certifications such as TKP, PSM, CSM/A-CSM, CSP-SM, SA, SSM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
