What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Infor SX.e Technical Account Manager position at Infor?
The Infor Technical Account Manager is responsible for developing and delivering design specifications for extensions and integrations for Infor CloudSuite Distribution and Infor Distribution SX.E products. A Technical Account Manager also analyzes, elicits, and documents business requirements, processes, and systems. In short, they work as a trusted liaison between the client business and Infor application/infrastructure groups.
Basic Requirements:
- Interface experience with customers and stakeholders to perform requirements analysis to develop and document design specifications for extensions and integrations for Infor CloudSuite Distribution and Infor Distribution SX.e or like software
- Effective communication of insights and designs to cross-functional team members and management
- Demonstrated business domain acumen including distribution, familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), pricing methods, rebate management, warehouse management systems, pick/ pack, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Experience as a liaison between the business and the on-shore/offshore developers - translate the requirements into a specification
- Experience in modification or extensions in Cloud Suite Distribution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Infor applications specifically in-depth understanding of SX.e or Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD) and Supply Chain business processes, Infor OS Applications
- Experience with process modeling tools (design strategies)
- Comprehensive understanding of browser-based User interface design fundamentals
- Data manipulation fundamentals using Fourth-generation programming language (4GL) or Structured Query Language (SQL) skills are a plus
- Understand software implementation fundamentals of Scheduling/Project Management/Estimation/Order of Operations
- Limited Travel associated with this role (less than 10%)
