Reporting to the President of NetLine Business Group, the Salesforce Administrator will provide support to NetLine’s growing sales teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance of Salesforce system including duplicate management, running pre-defined data audits, and ensure performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Grant/remove and maintain user licenses.
- Design, create, and maintain user roles and profiles and other sharing groups.
- Create and maintain dashboards.
- Create and maintain reports, including folder maintenance.
- Setup and train new users on Salesforce.
- Configure Salesforce changes including workflow, process builder, tasks, approval processes, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
- Format and import program data as appropriate.
- Implement data clean-up projects.
- Identify user training opportunities, including creation and updating of training materials.
- Fill user requests as assigned.
- Work with staff to improve the database and to improve processes.
- Help with 3rd party integration maintenance, Salesforce upgrades, and implementations.
- Recommend updates to Salesforce to increase productivity.
- Implement and install new applications to increase the usability and accessibility of the database.
- Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process with a focus on improving and evolving a qualified lead process, distribution, and management.
- Provide Sales and Marketing with accurate reporting on the organization's key performance indicators on a consistent basis including actionable steps to improve the experience delivered to current and future customers.
- With management implement and develops company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Execute exception reporting around KPIs, analyzes and trends KPIs (variances and exceptions).
Advise management of metrics exceeding or underperforming against goals and thresholds.
- 3 years of work experience in administration and maintenance of Salesforce.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certified.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excel in a collaborative environment; work with Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of data integrity principles and practices.
