The Role
We are looking for a Mail Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! The Mail Inserter Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining the operation of the mail inserting equipment. The mechanic is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance and provide backup support as a Mail Insert Operator as needed.
We want someone who is eager to learn, a strong work ethic, and can work in a team environment!
Hours: Monday- Friday 2:30pm- 11:00pm

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 3 years’ experience on running or repairing mailing equipment
- 3 years’ experience working in a transactional mail environment
- Knowledge of Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to perform mechanical adjustments/repairs on mailing equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to process, comprehend and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to inspect work on problem areas
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds)
- Must be highly organized and efficient
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and work independently
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office skills
- Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
