Job Description:
- Good hands on experience with Orchestrator, Designer Studio, Document Understanding
- Need to have Azure Experience
- Defines the functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications as a business subject matter expert.
- Assesses process needs for RPA, delivering innovative automations, automation analysis, solution design, and automation development and deployment.
- Participates in RPA requirements definition and design. Develops, tests, trains, and implements according to industry best practices. Supports products after implementation.
- Completes development, testing and leveraging of RPA processes, including periodic validations with process owners, and end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort.
- Utilize strong business acumen and ability to understand business challenges to create a solution design to solve complex problems.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and remediates RPA related technical issues, coordinating with other IT teams as required.
