The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to construction completion. Responsibilities:
- Design buildings, structures, and other architectural projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of designs and to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project requirements and client goals
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered.
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget
- Create detailed drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max
- Perform construction estimating and project scheduling to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered
- Develop and maintain contracts with clients and contractors
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in the field
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in the field of architecture, preferably with experience in renovating and designing new buildings
- Strong skills in drafting and design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in construction estimating and project scheduling
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Business development and contract negotiation experience a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- A passion for creating innovative and sustainable spaces
- A commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
- A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
