InfraHire is looking for Commercial Leasing Agent in Brentwood, TN.

Job Description

The Senior Commercial Leasing Agent will primarily solicit and procure tenants to lease space of over 700 properties. The individual should be comfortable and confident in communicating with, and negotiating with, small, mid-size, and large retailers. The Commercial Leasing Agent has the main function of providing leads on potential new tenants as well as being a point of contact and support for existing tenants.

Other Job Duties Include

  • Working with the President of Real Estate to canvass possible tenants to lease space within a growing portfolio of properties.
  • Assisting in negotiations of lease terms, architectural plans and construction bids.
  • Coordinating and submitting necessary documentation for permits.
  • Analyzing the existing real estate portfolio to leverage existing opportunities.
  • Looking for, and implementing, process improvement opportunities for the leasing and property management teams to enhance sales outcomes

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university, preferred
  • 5 years of real estate experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CoStar, CRM platforms, and/or other related software
  • Comprehensive knowledge of lease review and renewal procedures
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to grow and maintain a national tenant portfolio through relationship building and a client-focused approach
