- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
- Work Orders:
- Manage and prioritize work orders for electrical projects.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Product Orders:
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to place product orders.
- Ensure that materials are delivered on time and are of the required quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA):
- Conduct thorough JSAs for each project, identifying potential hazards.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
- Communicate JSA findings and safety measures to the team.
- Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress.
- Valid electrician's license or certification.
- Proven experience as an electrician, with at least 3 years of supervisory or foreman experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
