- You will prepare more complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns and review more basic returns prepared.
- You lead by example and serve and develop others via coaching, mentoring, listening, supporting, and providing feedback.
- You work effectively individually and through others via effective delegation.
- You have effective project management and organizational skills and can manage multiple engagements meeting KPI's.
- You understand the business environment and anticipate changes likely to impact clients' and brilliantly communicate plans and/or resolution.
- You effectively communicate with clients and others within tailoring your message and tone to the individual and/or situation.
- You support and participate in initiatives and act as a positive ambassador for the firm in public environments.
- You have at least 2 years of tax experience and willingness to learn more complex tax matters.
- You are CPA licensed or in progress.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related area.
