All Members of the Infuse Hospitality Team are expected to:

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests and introduce them to menu options and items
- Work with GM to set up for and execute events
- Make suggestions based on guest tastes and preferences
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
- Handle all dirty glasses and dishes
- Delivering excellent customer service with a professional demeanor
- Execution of mid-shift tasks and cleaning of space as a whole
- Completion of opening/closing checklist, setting the next shift up for success
- Collaborating with the entire team (bar and barista) to provide best-in-class hospitality and efficient service to all guests
- Ability to be a lead, and closer just cleaning bar and helping with orders
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Food Handler Certification Illinois
- Good communication skills, able to have effortless conversations and be comfortable interacting with guests
- Monday-Friday availability
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
