Position Overview:
Responsible for creating and implementing programs, projects, events, and campaigns that engage current and prospective clients for the purpose of enhancing brand awareness, cultivating leads, generating new business, and increasing existing business.
This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating marketing programs that include the development of new projects, technologies, campaigns, events, and partnerships in a way that improves brand awareness and generates quantifiable incremental business.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and execute multiple special projects or programs
Develop project plans for each program, including scheduling, promotion, content, logistics, campaigns
Ensure that each program is executed with excellence including branding, lead generation, data capture, coordination with 3rd party vendors, brand partners
Work across the organization on collaborative marketing initiatives and co-branded experiences
Utilize digital platforms and social media to extend the reach and impact of programs and campaigns
Utilize marketing automation to generate, assign, nurture, and report on leads
Support sales team with custom nurtures across various channels
Set up and analyze A/B tests
Setup campaigns and workflows in Pardot and Salesforce CRM
Analyze performance, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize future programs and campaigns and improve results
Prepare and present reports to sales & marketing stakeholders
Manage assigned budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs to achieve desired outcomes
Analyze best practices and industry trends for peers and other high-performing companies for insights and recommendations on continuous improvement
Requirements:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends and how they can be utilized to enhance campaigns and events
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining immense attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and get things done
Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
Strong executive presence
Experience working with CRM, data analysis, marketing platforms, and reporting tools
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or program management
