Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Enable salespeople to craft compelling, well-structured proposals that increase the likelihood of closing successful deals.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and INFUSE offerings by understanding client requirements and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Develop and provide accurate and competitive proposals that align with INFUSE's products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to gather necessary information for creating customized proposals.
- Drive innovation and process improvements within the Deal Desk department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline the quoting process and reduce manual work on proposals.
- Monitor and analyze quoting metrics to ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients through sales people.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of INFUSE's products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales operations, Deal Desk management, or a similar role.
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in demand generation is a plus.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools.
