Hamilton INH Property Management is currently seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for the Faribault, MN area.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering prospective resident calls,
- Setting appointments for showings
- Conducting showing
- Follow-ups with prospects
- Administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Multi-tasking
- Detail Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Weekend availability (as needed)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Yardi Voyager software experience
- Rent Cafe software experience.
Job Type:
Full-time
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour with leasing bonuses
