We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Intern to assist in InHome Therapy’s corporate strategy. The Corporate Development Intern plays a key role in the development and evaluation of our strategy. Through close partnership with our Corporate Development Officer, you will assist with analysis, and research, and help facilitate plans to support corporate strategies and growth initiatives. This is an advantageous opportunity to gain valuable insight and develop new skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Build out the corporate development pipeline.
- Handle administrative functions as directed by the CDO, including the creation of correspondence between IHT and potential companies.
- Work on campaigns with the marketing team to appeal to the corporate development pipeline.
- Research and identify potential acquisition targets and markets.
- Help develop a strategic acquisition plan.
Requirements include:
