Summary of Primary Scope/Function:
The Recruiter is a integral member of the hiring team who is able to source talent, interview, decide who would be the best fit for the role, and extend an offer and negotiate as needed.

Responsibilities of this role include:
- Source and attract applicants by using our multiple sourcing channels, such as: job boards, social media, job fairs, etc.
- Use previous experience and creativity to determine other sourcing channels when needed.
- Assess applicant's relevant skills, knowledge, soft skills, and aptitudes through resume review and interviews.
- Extend job offers to qualified candidates and handle all negotiation discussions.
- Interface with market team members hiring needs and current prospects.
- Fill hiring needs quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide well-documented recruiting reports to recruiting team and market team.
- Act as a point of contact and build positive candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote company’s reputation as the “employer of choice”.
Requirements of this role include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter; preferably in healthcare.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing or a related field.
- Ability to conduct interviews through various mediums; phone, in-person, video, etc.
- Experience using recruiting software (Applicant Tracking System), preferably Hireology.
- Exhibits a high sense of urgency and tenacity while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and positive approach with all you do
- Comfortable and confident in networking with others
Pay Range: $50,000 per year plus bonus incentive.
