InMotion Wellness Studio is the fastest growing assisted stretching studio in the country. With over 2000% growth in the last 3 years, we are looking to add motivated and coachable professionals to our team. We are currently have sixteen locations open and will have 30 studios running by December.

What we do:

Assisted Motion Recovery Therapy. We provide a customized approach to one on one assisted stretch and percussive therapy. We work with everyone from elite athletes, post surgical rehab patients and everyday hard working people looking to feel better.

The wellness industry has been growing by leaps and bounds post COVID. The most searched term on Google in 2022 was “FLEXIBILITY”. We are filling that need with our unique brand of assisted stretch therapy. Our aggressive expansion allows us to hire and quickly promote from within creating leadership opportunities along the way.

Job Responsibilities:

Always maintain a professional atmosphere

Keep stretching studio clean and clear of debris

Arrive in ample time to ensure a relaxing environment

Maintain a working knowledge of all modalities offered

Assist co-workers in preparing their stations when between clients

Assist co-workers in problem solving with client programming needs

Report any maintenance issues or any items needing attention

Assume any other duties within reason requested by the management

Maintain and track notes on each client for review by other motion specialists

Follow up with your client base by setting and completing tasks

Track client progress over the course of their program

Compensation

*80 hours training pay at $12.00 per hour

* $17 - $22 / hour

*Tips from clients (Typically $5-$20 per shift)

*Commission on sales generated.

Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
