MCM Specialist

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Endpoint Squad, MCM Specialist.

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 6 months

Location: Melbourne, FL

As a MCM Specialist, you will:

• The endpoint team is responsible for maintaining all corporate PC images, developing common software deployment packages, and deploying standard software and software updates ensuring the North America endpoint are properly patched and updated.
• The Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) Support Specialist will be a part of the Endpoint Team and will act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Configuration Manager application's use of both defining and deploying software packages that are managed within MCM.
• The MCM Support Specialist will be a part of the Endpoint Team.
• Oversee and maintain the overall health of our US MCM environments.
• Train Service Desk technician on MCM/software deployment related troubleshooting/operational procedures.
• Mentor and assist both our US and Canada Endpoint team members on the essential functions listed below
• MCM software deployment
• PowerShell scripting
• Creating Windows OS images
• Generate MCM reports and queries
• Deploy Windows Feature Upgrades
• Deploy Windows Updates

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a SCCM/MCM administrator or consultant
• Experienced with MCM version 2203 or higher
• Packaging software
• PXE servers setting up
• Good understanding of the Operating System and the infrastructure that supports it, including Active Directory - Policies, Groups, and Users.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experienced with Microsoft Windows 10 (20H2 or higher)
• Experience with software installations on local machines
• Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking
• Knowledge of PC Imaging
• Ability to create and manage technical documentation
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or similar field of study with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $34- $39 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
