Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Financial Operations Analyst



Position type: Full-time | Contract-Hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Hybrid



As an Financial Operations Analyst you will:



Executes activities associated with facilitating cash movement for Wealth Management clients on IM and banking platforms

- Review documentation to ensure compliance with risk and compliance procedures

- Enter transactions details to facilitate cash movement

- Outgoing cash movement includes, foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks and internal transfers

- Foster strong partnership with client facing staff nationwide

- Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes

- Various project support tasks



Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely.
• Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office products.
• High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

The ideal candidate will have: On-boarding and Medicare experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
