Position Type: Fulltime/ Contract to Hire
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Wilmington, DE - 19809
Hybrid Role
Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Schedule after training- 8-10hr shifts; Start & End times ranging between 11am-12am
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
· Manages moderate to complex external client issues.
· Directly advises other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issue.
· Meets with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are being addressed appropriately and that they are resolved in a timely manner.
· Provides support to lower-level client processing roles. May be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members.
Preferred:
· Prior experience in Call Center or Financial Services are highly preferred.
· Hybrid - 2-3 days in office.
