Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Human Resources CoordinatorPosition type : Full Time, ContractDuration 6 months Location : Cedar Rapids, IASHIFT : M-F 7 : 30AM-4 : 30PMPay Range : $28 to $34 / hrAs a Human Resources Coordinator will : Responsible for the maintenance of employee and contractor records systems and tools.
This position will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities : Entering new employee and contractor data into SAP for US and international sitesUpdating and Maintaining employee and contractor recordsSeparating employee's and contractor'sMass uploads into SAPAuditing Union personnel data quarterlyCorrecting and identifying errors from integrationsProctor employee job code testing for union employeesHR Administration projects as assigned by managerThe ideal candidate will have : Work with a sense of urgency, data accuracy, and be responsive to our internal and external customersInterface with all levels of employees and leadershipComputer skills Excel, Word, Outlook, Workday, SAP (preferred)Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures.
