Innovation Buidlers is a quickly growing business consultant company. We are looking for a great Office Manager This position will involve working with management, Human Resources and other employees to ensure that the operations run smoothly
Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet visitors and assist customers
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, and accept instructions, among other tasks
Knowledge in MS Office Apps such as Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
