Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Financial Services Attorney to join a prestigious law firm in Cleveland Ohio. The ideal candidate will assist the team representing clients in commercial litigation, including working with financial institution clients and representing them in state, federal, and appellate actions.
This is a fulltime and hybrid position at the law firm’s office in Cleveland, Ohio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare for trials and evidentiary hearings
- Draft complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings.
- Participate in the development of a strategy for written and deposition discovery.
- Federal court experience is a plus.
- Experience representing banking institutions, mortgagee, credit reporting
- Drafting, reviewing and responding to discovery documents
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- 6 years of experience in Financial Services and Commercial Litigation
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills.
