The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting individuals impacted by natural disasters who are applying for services to rebuild their homes and lives. As a CSR, you will provide timely and accurate information to applicants and program members via telephone, while simultaneous inputting data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and prior experience
  • Polished phone etiquette and grammar and strong computer data entry skills
  • Punctual, with demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
  • Ability to demonstrate both empathy and professionalism

Preferred:

  • Professional Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
  • Previous experience in a Disaster Recovery call center
  • We are looking for someone who is proactive and promotes a positive work environment
