We are an ERIE Insurance Agency. The Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing account management support, retain current book of business, round out accounts by obtaining additional lines, build and maintain strong business relationships.

Hours: M-Thurs 8:30am-5pm (One Hour Lunch Break)
Fri 8:30-4pm (One Hour Lunch Break)
Responsibilities of the Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Insurance Representative/Account Manager include but are not limited to:
- Best in class customer service to clients and being accountable with any client issue.
- Serve as primary liaison between insurance company and clients.
- Interface respectfully, effectively, and confidently with clients and/or prospects, representing the insurance company in the highest professional manner.
- Handle underwriting and funding issues and strategies.
- Update client coverage data in IMS, our management system.
- Prepare applications, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Billing clients and issuing ID cards.
Qualifications for the Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager:
- Must have a minimum of 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Experience with ERIE Insurance is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
- Maintains a current PA Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Extremely detailed oriented and service driven.
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required.
- Must have strong internal and external customer service skills, with the ability to develop sound client relationships with multiple clients.
- Must have the ability to prepare and present information to clients with clarity and understanding.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
