Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified Onsite Supervisor to add to our internal team. This full-time position will be based in Decatur, IL. Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for timely placements.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Process Management: Follow each step of the hiring process meticulously.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to meet their business requirements.
- Onboarding: Facilitate comprehensive new hire orientations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle new hire paperwork and drug screens.
- Safety Advocacy: Promote a safe work environment within the manufacturing area.
Requirements:
- A 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years in customer service, preferably in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Present yourself with professionalism and poise.
- Detail oriented, organized and efficient, even amidst interruptions.
- Ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (with overtime as needed).
Salary Range:
- $20-22 per hour
