UX Researcher
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote for Now)
Duration- 6-12 Months
The UX Researcher will actively conduct primary research, exploring customer/Agent behavior and innovate by continuous research. This person will be working with the UX Design, Product Management, and Product Development (technicians) departments in developing new features and enhancements to existing products/services.
Job Description:
Knowledge or expertise in: UX design principles, service design, design thinking methods, prototyping, and qualitative/quantitative research methods.
Responsible for systematically studying target users to collect and analyze data that will help inform the design process. Unique to this position, the UX Researcher will also conduct internal studies to identify gaps in existing CX/UX flows.
