Field Service Technician
iNOEX, LLC has been providing equipment and service to clients throughout North America for over 20 years from our US headquarters in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a self motivated problem solver to grow our technical support team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Extensive travel throughout North America: expect 75% on the road
· Commissioning and maintenance of measurement and control equipment on extrusion lines
· Provide written reports to clients at the conclusion of each project
Qualifications:
- Required
- Able to troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues with minimal guidance
- Able to plan and execute implementation of a complete project
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate strong work ethic with aptitude for troubleshooting complex systems
- Possess strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work well with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proficient in Ethernet Network Administration
- Must be willing and able to meet national and international travel requirements, pass background check, drug test, and medical exam.

- Experience with Linux software
- Additional languages ( German, French, Spanish)
