Summary:
We are currently seeking an in-house Social Media Account Manager at our corporate office in Southlake. The Social Media Account Manager will work directly with clients, our graphic design and video editing team as well as other members of our social media team to develop and implement creative social media content for the client. The focus of the position is to serve and exceed the client’s expectations by creating creative weekly content as well as establishing solid growth, strategizing for future campaigns, and engaging with their targeted social media following appropriately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms for clients in a variation of industries.
- Manage weekly content and campaigns based upon the client’s needs.
- Give direction and work alongside graphic designers and video editors to create assets for clients.
- Strategize and implement creative and valuable social media campaigns for clients.
- Deliver weekly content on-time and schedule content to appropriate platforms.
- Available for occasional evening and weekend projects.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or PR.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication preferred.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
- Extremely detail-oriented and/or creative.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
- Excellent written (grammar & spelling) and oral communication skills.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- High level of professionalism.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
