Position Overview:

Inseego is searching for a Global Account Director to join our team. This role will be focused solely on Major Accounts with primary focus dedicated to focused major accounts globally.  The GAD is a consultative sales professional that seeks out new opportunities within the assigned major accounts for Inseego leveraging our extensive portfolio of software solutions, cutting edge 5G products and extending our reach into the private LTE ecosystem.

 

The success of this position is measured by revenue growth, new product introduction, and customer retention. To be successful in this role, you will need strong relationships within the assigned major accounts, be apart of a cross-functional team at Inseego and work with that team to deliver sales results and positive customer outcomes.  This roll requires a clear view and understanding of the 5G fixed wireless evolution business ecosystem within assigned account, including end-customers, and distribution GTM channels. Experience within 5G, fixed wireless, and Private 5G/LTE is necessary for this opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Establish and develop relationships within the assigned and dedicated major accounts.

·         Strategic Account-based targeting of new ecosystem accounts in association with Private 5G/LTE

·         Develop and maintain a current monthly view of sales lead pipeline with appropriate actions to maximize long-term revenue growth.

·         Ability to present to medium-large audiences SaaS and device solutions, including co-selling with Major acct partners.

·         Team with other Inseego internal sales groups, engineering, product management and operations to successfully grow sales revenue and support customer base.

·         Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

·         Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

·         Compile information and data related to carrier customer prospects and interactions to close deals

·         Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership

 

Experience/Requirements:

·         5 years of experience supporting enterprise teams, selling devices, networking, SaaS, and/or Cloud solutions to enterprises.

·         5-7 years working with an OEM in Wireless

·         Telecommunication knowledge, — Voice, Data, MVNO – Strong working knowledge of carrier processes and terminology.

·         Must be highly motivated, have a passion for sales and proven sales success with the ability to drive revenue within accounts.

·         Ability to clearly articulate Inseego software and hardware business value propositions and sustain a high level of energy and activity.

·         Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

·         Have a proven track record of delivering both tactical and strategic solutions to manage the bilateral relationship and selling into telecom operators.

·         Ability to devise / negotiate complex deal structures across an array of products and services; With the ability, attitude to seek out and penetrate new opportunities within assigned territory

·         Structured thinker; pays attention to detail.

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

·         Prepares and presents professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals and objectives

·         Proven business to business sales experience with carrier sales organizations is a plus.

·         The ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required

·         Travel as required (up to 50% at times).

 

Education:

·         BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
