Day to day:
- Develop and execute social media marketing plans across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging, original content including graphics, videos, and text to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success and ROI of campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Google Ads management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
