Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred Accounting, Finance, or related quantitative discipline) required
- 3 Years of analytical experience in a business environment required
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Excel add-ons
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Day-to-Day:
The Billing Analyst is primarily responsible for processing enrollments and managing the accuracy of customer information in our customer information system. The analyst will reconcile customer information from multiple sources and work with individual utilities where there are discrepancies. The analyst also processes customer cancellations and at all times, maintains updated customer status in the information system, along with various other duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
