QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of invoicing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient computer skills with multiple programs such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Email, Adobe etc.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing databases and payment systems
• Verifying client information
• Listing down the due amount and itemized account of goods and services
• Charging accurate tax
• Deducting discounts
• Creating invoice packages with supporting back up documentation, such as vendor bills, manifests, and spill reports
• Branch invoicing support
• Open Invoice reports with detailed notes
• May assist with other administrative activities as needed
